Brainsera’s mission is to improve lives through learning. Our global marketplace features an extensive, multi-language library, which includes thousands of courses taught by expert instructors. You can take courses across a wide range of categories, some of which include: business & entrepreneurship, programming, academics, the arts, health & fitness, language, music and much more!
Each Brainsera course is created, owned and managed by the instructor(s).
The foundation of each Brainsera course are its lectures, which can include videos, slides, and text. In addition, instructors can add resources and various types of practice activities, as a way to enhance the learning experience of students.
Brainsera courses are entirely on-demand. You can begin the course whenever you like, and there are no deadlines to complete it.
Brainsera courses can be accessed from several different devices and platforms, including a desktop, laptop
Brainsera supports several different payment methods, depending on your account country and location.
We want you to be satisfied, so if you’re not happy with a course, you can even request a full refund within 30 days of purchasing a course. For steps on how to request a refund
Yes. You will continue to have access to the course after you complete it, provided that your account’s in good standing, and Brainsera continues to have a license to the course.
Course Related
No. Your access to a course is not affected by the price you paid for it.
Yes. Students also receive lifetime access to free courses, provided their account remains in good standing and Brainsera continues to have a license to the course.
Unfortunately, certificates are created using a template, and there is no way to change the formatting for them at this time.

If you purchased the course through a third party vendor, unfortunately, we cannot process your refund. Since we did not process the original payment, we do not have the transaction on file, and cannot initiate a refund for you. Please contact the third-party vendor directly to request a refund.
While our 30-day refund policy is in place to protect students, we must also protect our instructors from fraud and provide them a reasonable payment schedule. Payments are sent to instructors after 30 days, so we will not process refund requests received after the refund window.
